PASTRIES + CINNAMON BUNS

Our bread and delicious pastries and cakes are freshly baked every day by artisan bakery, The Bread Factory, who also supply Her Majesty The Queen. Their pastries are made with the finest butter, cut and shaped with cool hands and a light touch. They make and shape each loaf by hand, leaving them to prove and ferment for up to 18 hours to develop a distinctive tangy flavour and structure.

CORNISH Ice Cream

Our sumptuous Cornish ice cream comes from the Monies dairy farm which has been in the family since 1905. Perched on the cliffs of the North Cornwall coast, the farm runs down to the small village of Zennor famed for its legend ‘The Mermaid of Zennor’, the tale that tells of a young Cornishman lured into the sea by the beauty of a Mermaid. Try our legendary Shipwreck™ flavour comprising Sea Salt Carmel and honeycomb pieces. You can also grab a 500ml tub to enjoy at home.

COTSWOLDS EGGS

Cackleberry Farm is nestled at the foot of a hill just outside Stow-on-the-Wold. Run by Paddy and Steph Bourns, their rare breed flocks are entirely free range and live in traditional chicken houses on 12 acres of land, with lots of perches. We use their delicious eggs in our brunch menu but sell boxes to take home.

ENGLISH CHEESES

The cheese on our Evening Sharing Boards is from Rippon in Pimlico which was founded in 1990 by Philip & Karen Rippon and has become a local institution. We stock up to 500 different cheeses from across Europe (with the majority coming from Great Britain & France) as well as a good range of biscuits, pickles, jams and various cheese accessories.

CORNISH OLIVES

Based in St Austell, the Cornish Olive Stall is a family run business that has sourced the best, premium quality olives and found the perfect way to prepare them. They are lovingly dressed in oil or marinade and where possible they always use Cornish ingredients. Flavours range from Basil Pesto to Rosemary & Garlic to Spicy Pimento. Because there is no oxygen in the pouch to spoil the olives they stay as fresh as when they were packed, without any preservatives at ambient temperature.

ENGlish granola

Working directly with British farmers and makers, Husk & Honey is the only granola bakery to achieve transparency on all levels from field to kitchen table. Their jumbo oats are the finest organic, kiln dried oats, grown with traditional farming methods, rolled in a water-wheel powered historic mill.
